This build combines tanking, crowd control, and a lower priority of some DPS. You have good toughness, buffs and debuffs with the plate armor, the best shield for PvE, and the Mace, which can be perfectly specialized for crowd control, DPS, and buffs. The helm's spell allows you to effectively pull mobs as a tank.
